Small family run clinic who provides general practice and family medicine services to the area of Box Hill.

Our practice provides provision of services to a culturally and linguistically diverse population and we provide many bilingual services to the Chinese community in our area.

Looking initially for someone to begin in a 3-6 month casual role with the opportunity to transition to a more permanent role afterwards.

Position is expected to start in January but there is flexibility with this.

**Responsibilities**:
Front desk responsibilities and customer service

Making appointments for patients

Taking payments

Answering the phone and making appointments

Completing paperwork and updating medical files

**We want**:
Previous General Practice experience.

A highly organised and motivated person with a positive attitude and attention to patient care.

Friendly manner and willing to learn.

Someone who is willing to work weekends.

$28/hr + super

Competitive hourly rate with weekend loading.

Casual work with ability to move to permanent role.

**Job Types**: Casual, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
