**About the role**
Join the Website and Content domain to shift how our client handle content in their organisation. They are looking for someone to help us deliver an industry leading customer support experience using our agile CMS Contentful. Our team strives to shift the thinking to a content first approach to deliver personalised content to our customers via their channel of choice in moments that matter.
**Your tasks will include**:
- Facilitating workshops with content strategy owners and other collaborators to define, refine and optimise the content modelling, metadata, schemas, taxonomy and topology for Contentful.
- Support on-boarding and training to users of the platform.
- Define and implement processes, workflows, governance and access management in Contentful.
- Support integrations of third party plugins and put in place processes to support standard methodologies for Contentful users.
**The skills you'll need**
You are a driven, self-motivated, inventive, naturally curious individual who uses a creative approach to tackle problems and help the team achieve excellence consistently. You have an outstanding understanding of content, development and design and bringing people together to craft the best outcome.
- 5+ years' of relevant proven experience
- Strong skills content modelling with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable omni-channel content models.
- Experience with Contentful
- Experience in facilitation workshops with cross functional teams.
- Knowledge is SEO standard processes
- Foundational knowledge in website development and UI design
