Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Content Designer** to remove complexity and give customers a seamless online experience.
**About the role**:
- Design content in line with the agency’s content strategy to meet user needs and business objectives
- Analyse user stories, design content flows and create simple and helpful content
- Make content recommendations to address user issues and needs
- Use Agile principles to create, test, improve and iterate content
- Advocate for users in your content design work
**Ideally you will have**:
- Strong content design skills
- An understanding of service design, accessibility, discoverability, usability and inclusivity principles
- Ability to interpret, analyse and use user data, journey maps and research reports
- An awareness of agile tools and processes and how to use them
- Ability to make swift evidence-based decisions using common sense judgement and ethical decision making
- Comfortable working with rapidly changing deadlines, workloads and goals
**Desirable**:
- Tertiary qualifications majoring in communication-related disciplines
- At least 1 year’s relevant communication/writing experience
