As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Client Service Manager to oversee our security operations in Sydney.

**Responsibilities of the Role**

As the Client Service Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the physical security team, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures.
- Develop and implement physical security measures and strategies to protect assets, facilities, and personnel.
- Monitor security systems, such as CCTV, access control, and alarms, to detect and respond to security threats in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.
- Provide leadership and guidance to security personnel, including training, performance evaluation, and career development opportunities.
- Stay abreast of emerging security threats and trends in physical security, recommending proactive measures to enhance security posture.

**Job Requirements**

To be successful in this role, it is expected that you'll have the following:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security operations, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Strong understanding of physical security principles, protocols, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in security risk assessment and incident response procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PSP, CPP) are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
