**About the Role**:
As Manager your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Provide leadership in the development of content for school supervisor induction program and other events, and monitor the impact of system messaging, to support the implementation and ongoing delivery of Equity and Excellence.
- Provide high level strategic advice to senior officers of the department and other key stakeholders on issues relevant to implementation and ongoing delivery of Equity and Excellence and system initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of Schools and Student Support Division priorities for all students in state schools.
- Lead and manage team members and projects and establish and cultivate effective relationships and networks with key stakeholders and clients.
- Prepare and review briefing material, correspondence and reports for the Minister, senior departmental officers, government agencies and other entities on issues related to implementation and ongoing delivery of Equity and Excellence.

**About You**:
**The ideal applicant will have the following key attributes**:

- Qualitative data analysis skills in order to monitor impact of initiatives.
- A track record in achieving high levels of productivity autonomously, in complex, sensitive or high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to consult and negotiate persuasively on strategic policy issues and facilitate stakeholder meetings and briefings to senior management.
