**What will you be doing in your new role?**

**Reporting to the National Sales manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing your agreed account strategy.**

**Using your exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, you will develop business leads to drive new opportunities that will enable you to grow Chamonix’s presence and market share. As you do this you will manage the opportunity lifecycle for your leads through to delivery handover. In addition, you will facilitate all commercial arrangements and act as an escalation point for your nominated accounts.**

**How will you help contribute to our success?**
- **Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities within your portfolio**
- **Facilitate access for Chamonix Senior Consultants to build strong technical relationships with your accounts**
- **Assemble an integrated view of all work being undertaken across your assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction exceeds expectations**
- **Overseeing accounts, ensuring consultants are supported and clients are managed efficiently**
- **Proactive approach in the development of sales plans and strategies**
- **Manage and grow business opportunities within assigned client accounts across SA**
- **Drive business growth to meet or exceed projected monthly sales targets**
- **Contribute to a positive, high-performance working culture**
- **Proactively seek and respond to qualified tenders and contribute to the end-to-end bid process**
- **Provide client connections with aligned technical consultants that result in winning opportunities through a collaborative working style that encourages teamwork**
- **Sales experience, working in an IT environment is preferred and a passion for ICT consulting is highly desirable**
- **Demonstrated networking capability that will enable new business relationships**
- **Passion for building relationships through face-to-face discussions and engagements**
- **Sales resilience and ingenuity**
- **Sales discipline and process hygiene**
- **Sound judgment and the ability to articulate client values and requirements**
- **Positive attitude, team player with a willingness to learn and a drive to achieve**
- **An understanding of professional service delivery in an IT environment**
