**About You**:

- You will be a Qualified Automotive Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or higher)
- Volkswagen / European Experience
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience or interest in EV/hybrid vehicles is highly regarded
- Committed to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within a progressive business
