**Our Immanuel Gardens service in Buderim requires a part-time Garden Maintenance person for our Residential service.**

**About the role**:
As a our Garden Maintenance person you will be responsible for:

- Complete maintenance of the gardens and grounds of the services including lawns and upgrading of some garden beds
- Ensure equipment and garden materials are utilised in a responsible and safe manner.
- Ensure any work undertaken is within the scope of expertise of this role
- Work to reduce risk and bring new risks to the attention of the service coordinator.
- Undertaking administrative duties associated with the role.

**This is a permanent, part time role - up to 30 hours per fortnight.**

**About you**:
Critical to your success in this role will be the proven ability to demonstrate:

- Extensive experience working in home or commercial gardening.
- A high level of effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Your ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality.
- Respect and responsiveness to client needs.
- A willingness to work with non-traditional approaches to service delivery for older people.
