Maintenance Supervisor

Lutheran Services is seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor** to lead and manage maintenance operations, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all residents, staff, and visitors.

**_ Location: Immanuel Gardens Aged Care, Buderim, QLD_**
**_Full-Time role - Mon to Fri (76 hours per fortnight)_**

**Let’s Talk About The Role**:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of the maintenance department including works scheduling.
- Provide advice to management on projects and building and maintenance works
- Manage the maintenance budget
- Ensuring the maintenance tasks around the property are completed
- Ensuring equipment and garden materials are utilised in a responsible and safe manner
- Ensuring any work undertaken is within the scope of expertise of this role
- Work to reduce risk and bring new risks to the attention of the service manager
- Undertaking administrative duties associated with the role

- Extensive experience working in commercial maintenance
- Possess a relevant trade qualification
- Experience with staff management
- A high level of effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Your ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality
- Respect and responsiveness to clients
- Open Driver’s Licence
