**Responsibilities**:
**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Financial modelling including analysing financial scenarios and producing sensitivity analysis
- Managing other internal processes relating to financing & advisory transactions e.g. updating databases, briefing notes, completing internal system-based processes
- Supporting ongoing portfolio management and gathering of client information
- Contributing to the identification of potential new business opportunities and assisting with preparation of research and marketing materials
- Respecting all relevant compliance practices and other internal requirements in relation to the execution of financing & advisory transactions

**Profile required**:
Studies & experience:

- You are graduated with a Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, Commerce, Law or a professional financial qualification
- A previous experience or interest in the field would be appreciated

Language skills:

- Fluent in English

Technical, operational & soft skills:

- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
- Proven analytical skills, numerical skills and understanding of financial statements, cashflow and financial modelling skills
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly explain complex financial issues to less financially literate stakeholders

**The VIE assignment in a nutshell**

In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.
