Our client is an award-winning design-led architectural studio in Melbourne's CBD, known for their work on Victoria's most iconic public and mixed-use projects.

We are recruiting a BIM Model Manager to join their growing team. This role will have you take responsibility for projects and be the point of contact for all things BIM on some of Victoria's hottest projects. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to lay the foundation for a successful career as a BIM Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the development and implementation of BIM models for a diverse range of high-profile projects, including public, commercial, educational, and mixed-use sectors
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes throughout project lifecycles
- Continuously improve BIM workflows and standards, keeping up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, promoting the use of BIM technology and fostering a culture of innovation
- Troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related issues, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality project outcomes

**Requirements**:

- A degree or relevant qualification in Architecture
- Experience working with Revit, with a minimum of 4 years of post-graduate local experience
- A passion for problem-solving with a solutions-focused personality
- A diverse project portfolio with projects such as health, rail, education, mixed-use, and stadiums, ideally projects over $50 Million in build value
- Strong communication with great interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach others
