As a leading provider of funeral, cemetery, crematoria, and related services across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, we're dedicated to creating meaningful farewell experiences that resonate with families and communities.

**The Role**:
As the Head of Local Area Engagement, you'll lead and develop a team to achieve financial targets while fostering a culture that reflects IVC values and purpose. Your role will involve building strong local business relationships, managing a multi-brand, multi-location team to brand standards, and overseeing the development and execution of local area engagement campaigns. You'll create a strategic plan for the multi-state territory, drive teams to achieve Customer Feedback Survey and NPS targets, and support sales activation for b2b and corporate partnerships. Additionally, you'll collaborate on the pre-need product range value proposition and work with Corporate Affairs for content management. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and IVC policies, as well as providing tools and support for field teams' success, will also be key aspects of your responsibilities..

**Essential Requirements**:

- 10+ years’ experience in sales/business development leadership roles.
- Proven experience in coaching and developing Local Area Engagement Managers or similar to achieve sales and market share targets.
- Experience leading and managing a team to the achievement of financial performance targets.
- Experience developing and maintaining local business relationships.
- Experience managing and developing multi-brand, multi-location cross-functional teams as well as others within an assigned region in line with brand standards.
- Experience in leading regional sales and business development teams to achieve required standards of productivity and quality service.
- Understanding of Project Management principles.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
