Our client is a fast-growing medical cannabis company based in Queensland, with operations across three sites in Heathwood, Sumner Park, and Seventeen Mile Rocks. With a full-service operation that cultivates, produces, and manufactures world-class medicinal cannabis products for Australian patients, they are currently the fastest growing and leading licensed medicinal cannabis company in Australia and are in a prime position to take advantage of the booming medical cannabis market. With consistent and evidenced market demand, the team is expanding and currently seeking a proactive and compassionate HR Operations and Administration Officer to join their growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the livelihoods of Australian patients and help drive the company’s growth trajectory.

**About the Role**

Key responsibilities for this interesting and varied role will include but are not limited to:

- Provide general HR advice, support and guidance to employees and management staff.
- Coordinate and manage all staff recruitment, onboarding, and associated compliance activities.
- Manage employee performance lifecycle including maintenance of documentation, and collaboration with departmental managers to develop employee plans.
- Maintain employment and workforce-related documentation on the HRIS (Employment Hero)
