Overview:
**As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Senior Product Managers and other executives in their team.**
**You will provide efficient clerical and administrative support to ensure the business maintains strong client relationships and support the growth of the Blackhawk Network owned product range.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the day-to-day functions of the product ranges, this includes actioning product setups with internal systems, product testing, troubleshooting, terminal decline management and review of marketing approvals
- Coordinating the implementation of new clients onto our programs, to ensure all clients are onboarded successfully
- Review and analyse the sales and brand dashboards to make key assessments of brand performance
- Update and maintain websites for our products, including reporting on website traffic and assessing current trends using Google Analytics
- Responding to all customer enquiries regarding product information and terminal management
- Coordinating the printing and operational management of activation cards
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for both internal and external purposes
- Develop and maintain accurate process and procedure documents
- Accurate data entry, reporting and record-keeping
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that are involved in the product pre and post sales cycle
Qualifications:
- Experience working within an Administration and/or Product Coordinator role
- Experience working across the Cards & Payments Industry (desirable)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve over all team success
- Ability to be agile in a fast-paced working environment
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and manage projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a natural desire to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
