**The role**:
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as Administration Assistant based in North Sydney This role provides administrative support to various areas of the business, with a focus on auditing our media assets and ensuring compliance across a range of internal and external systems. You’ll be responsible for:

- The setup of assets into our systems as well as updating changes (financial systems, inventory tracking systems, advertising campaign systems etc)
- Acting as the SME for systems and products and liaise with many internal departments for information (Commercial Strategy, Commercial Ops Projects, Assets, Networks, Research & Insights etc).
- Manage our asset regulations, data governance and compliance as well as monitors licence agreements.
- Support retail strategy by creating shopping centre maps and mockups in Photoshop.
- Active participation in quarterly data audits and reporting.

**The Experience**:
We’re looking for someone with a background in administration or data entry roles. You’ll also:

- Have good attention to detail with the ability to audit and analyse data to ensure compliance and with a high level of accuracy.
- Have an investigative nature to assist on ad hoc tasks and system issues.
- Training will be provided on our systems but being tech savvy is a plus (Intermediate MS Office Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT)
- Be a strong communicator and an expert collaborator who can bring together cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.
- Have exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- A dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
