Your Nextt role

It’s not easy work, but it sure is rewarding.

We cannot speak highly enough of the people who have chosen Nextt to support them. We have multiple, regular shifts and flexible hours available.

This role will be highly supported, from all levels of the business, meaning no issue will be yours alone, but if you thrive on providing creative solutions to some interesting challenges, you’ll find joy here.

You will be supporting people in their own homes and assisting with personal care and supporting more independent living. Training will be provided, but some manual handling will be required.

This role will be supporting members of your Mitchelton community.

- Caring & Nurturing
- Active, Energetic, Reliable and Compassionate
- Previous experience in a similar community setting, like Aged care or In home Support (not essential)
- Either have, or have the ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening clearance (incl, Working with Children's Check, First Aid/CPR and Covid Vaccinations
- Valid Driver’s Licence as well as a working Vehicle and Insurance

**Salary**: $38.08 - $39.26 per hour
