Oxford Park Nursery is a commercial business of Help Enterprises, a community-based social enterprise whose mission is to enhance the lifestyle and independence of people who live with disability. Our wholesale nursery business supplies high quality plants to the landscaping industry. We provide a unique, supported workplace environment for many of our employees who live with disability.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Horticulture Supervisor, you will:

- Perform basic plant maintenance, fertigation, disease and pest control
- Control and maintain irrigation equipment
- Perform administrative duties as required by the Horticulture team

This is a permanent part time role offering a minimum of 32 hours per week (Monday -Thursday 7 am - 2.30 pm Friday 7am - 1pm).

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in Horticultural activities
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to be flexible with your availability to meet operational requirements
