With a brilliant team across Sunshine Coast, Greater Brisbane, Ipswich and the Gold Coast, we are there to help our Participants to achieve their goals to live a fulfilling life. **The Role**

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and task-oriented Recruitment Officer who will based in our Head Office at Browns Plains. This **full** **time position** will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of our Support Workers who provide assistance to people living with a disability.

**Duties**
- Coordination of end-to-end recruitment including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and preparation of employee files.
- Ensuring industry compliance of new recruits
- Writing appealing position advertisements and having the ability to source through multiple channels with confidence

**Skills and Experience**
- Have a solid knowledge of the current market
- Ability to display strong networking and communication skills
- Have confidence to communicate with our workers and participants
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Suite and administrative tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous proven experience in the disability/recruitment industry is highly desirable
- A demonstrated track record in working in a small, professional, fast paced team.
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain before employment)
- Able to provide 2 work related referees (supervisor/manager) worked with within the last 2 years
