**Key Responsibility**

In your role as Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Supporting Managers with administration duties, documentation, printing, and scanning.
- Assisting with the preparation of tenders, presentations, and reports.
- Rostering and Scheduling staff timetables for certain clients.
- Assist our Help Desk operators on an as needed basis.
- Collaborate with internal staff regarding social media content.
- Handle and coordinate active calendars.
- Ensure file organisation based on office protocol.
- General office administration duties as required.

Training will be provided for all above-mentioned duties.

**The Skills and Expertise**
- Professional phone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A friendly and patient approach to your work and willingness to learn a business from the ground up.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and Adobe.
- Strong attention to detail and is proactive in their duties.
- Ability to multitask.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
