**Café Supervisor/Assistant Manager | Woodside Energy Mia Yellagonga**: **The Venue** The Shelf Cafe is located within Level 2 Mia Yellagonga, Woodside's premier Headquarters within Perth’s CBD. With an eclectic range of cuisines offered as well as freshly brewed barista coffees, The Shelf Cafe is the place where we “Enable, Connect and Energize" our corporate customers daily. **The Role** This is a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding Café Supervisor/ Assistant Manager who prides themselves on being a professional who can supervise a dedicated team and lead by example. You will have current and recent experience working in cafes, a real passion for food innovation you will need to be ‘on-trend’ to satisfy this knowledgeable, health conscious, captive audience and keep them engaged though continuous improvement and outstanding customer service. **To ensure your success in this role you will have**: - 2-3 years’ experience within a similar role - Exposure to leading staff and being in control - Ability to roster staff, both permanent and casual labour - Amazing customer service skills, cash handling and food preparation - Worked in either a contemporary café, gastro pub and/or restaurants - Strong skills in front of house service - barista, takeaway, catering and in house dining - Innovative approach to new ideas and operations - Ability to think outside the box, be creative and innovative - Current RSA Certificate - A working understanding of food safety supervisor **Apply
