**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a GMP Facilities Coordinator to join our growing team based at our Broadmeadows Facility.** **Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operational Services, you will be the primary contact for coordinating GMP Facility Garments, Cleaning for all Manufacturing GMP graded and CNC areas across site, Waste Management to support manufacturing activities, Materials movement and Contingent Labour hire for manufacturing operations

**The Role**:

- Develop and implement improved processes and systems for GMP facility garment and GMP sanitization delivery
- Facilitate cleaning initiatives driven by project requirements and changes to the cleaning program
- Issue management and escalation point for Manufacturing cleaning requirements
- Participate in regular KPI reviews of Sterility Group data associated with the sanitization program across the site. Where applicable support the development and implementation of corrective actions
- Provide oversight for cleaning agents, consumables and accessories to support the GMP sanitization program across the site
- Support area owners with handling and removal of waste transfer in/out of the Manufacturing areas

**Your skills and experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Experience within a Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Food Industry, with knowledge of day-to
- day manufacturing demands and cleanroom standards
- 3+ years of experience with quality control and quality assurance systems including an understanding of regularly guidelines
- Experience with quality systems including handling of process deviations, change controls and quality records
- Sound knowledge of GMP
- Ability to work on complex problems
