**About the role**
As a Dispatch Officer, you’ll be joining a team responsible for the dispatch of hardware and relevant documentation to our customers and ensure that the correct records are collected and stored in the process, plus facilitating the processing, documenting, and handling of returned hardware.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:

- Assessing and reporting on stock demands.
- Managing and ordering necessary stock to fulfil orders.
- Processing and dispatching hardware for customer orders.
- Physical handling, labelling and arranging of stock to business rules.
- Supporting internal company staff on matters including supply and re-supply of hardware and hardware availability.
- Preparing stock, which may include assembling products, adding, or removing accessories and documentation as well as configuring hardware.
- Returned hardware testing and processing, including returning stock to customers and to suppliers in accordance with supplier requirements.
- Data collection, sorting and preparation.
- Order stock and stationery, as required.

**_Our Clayton warehouse/office operates from Monday to Friday, and your working hours will be from 7:30am to 3:30pm._**

**_Please note; there will be some lifting and manual handling requirements in this role. _**

**About success in this role**
As a self-motivated, proactive, and curious individual interested in learning new things and meeting people, you’ll be joining a likeminded team of individuals with a challenger mindset who are crazy about customers and letting them know through great service, products and experiences. Your challenger mindset and the ability to work at both a strategic and operational level will be key in this role. Additionally, you’ll bring to this role:

- Previous experience in a similar role or dispatch environment.
- Administrative experience.
- Technology industry interest and experience.
- Strong data handling and record-keeping skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Organised and methodical approach to responsibilities.
- Solid understanding of logical and physical inventory concepts - the ability to operate with respect to these, including to affect change and see opportunities for improvements.
- Strong team collaborator and ability to work in a dynamic supportive environment.
- Forklift License, highly desired but not essential.
