**Skills Required**:

- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve daily targets and maintain high standards of performance.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory, schedules, and workflow.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making skills to address any challenges or issues that may arise during operations.

**Basic Duties**:

- Supervise Day Shift Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and support to warehouse team members to optimize productivity and performance.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety procedures and regulations to create a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and any operational issues.
