Are you passionate about animals and providing exceptional client care? Pet ICU, a dedicated intensive care veterinary clinic located alongside Animal Emergency Service and Veterinary Specialist Services, is seeking a compassionate and professional Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our team.

**About Us**: Pet ICU is committed to delivering the highest level of care to pets in critical need. We work closely with the expert teams at Animal Emergency Service and Veterinary Specialist Services to provide a seamless experience for both pets and their owners. Our focus is not only on medical excellence but also on ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment for our clients.

**Role Overview**: As a Client Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners, providing a warm and reassuring presence during what can be a stressful time. You will work closely with our clinical teams to facilitate communication, manage client inquiries, and ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all visitors. This is a permanent part time role with approximately 28hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Facilitate communication between clients and clinical staff.
- Handle payments and provide clear explanations of services.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front-of-house environment.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine love for animals and understanding of the client experience.
- Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a veterinary or medical environment is advantageous but not essential.
