Our client is a reputable leading specialist records and information management consulting firm. Founded in 2003 by industry leaders who established a comprehensive suite of services, their clients range from government, corporate sectors, and not-for-profit organisations.

Working as part of a small team, you will be providing support on consulting projects and working with senior consultants with many years of experience in the field of records and information management.

**Duties**:

- Oversight of all projects and consulting resourcing requirements.
- Communicate with clients and consultants on requirements, project tasks and deliverables.
- Identify process changes to better support the management of client projects including internal reporting requirements
- Keep track of and report on project progress including deliverables and timelines in collaboration with consultants
- Assist company directors with internal business operational matters as require
- Register and report client and project information via our CRM.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management and/or executive support
- Cert IV in Project Management highly desirable
- Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experienced in stakeholder engagement to build relationships and gain an understanding of stakeholder requirements
