  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and confidentiality.">
  • Manage complex diaries, coordinate travel, meetings, and prepare executive-level documents.">
  • Draft and edit reports, presentations, speeches, submissions, and other professional correspondence.">
  • Liaise professionally with internal stakeholders, external representatives, and dignitaries.">
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute accurate minutes and meeting outcomes.">

  • Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field (preferred).">
  • SIGNIFICANT experience supporting senior executives.">
  • EXTENSIVE diary management and full itinerary travel scheduling experience.">

  • Agenda and minute preparation experience.">
  • Advanced MS Office program skills.">
  • Exceptional organizational skills and commitment to detail.">
  • Highly developed time and project management skills.">
