**The Role**
- Full time permanent position based in Adelaide._

Support learners and colleagues through administration work. Assist with monitoring client progress, contacting clients to follow up, and managing the database.

Multi-task to effectively to juggle the demands of clients. Provide exceptional customer service to support them in the completion of their learning.

**Duties**
- Effectively manage information, data and knowledge using structured systems and processes
- Support and guide clients in enrolment and pre-enrolment activities
- Assist with service delivery, events and projects
- Assist direct service staff with administrative procedures
- Assist colleagues with processing and validating certificates, statements of attainment and verifying and recording results
