**About the Role**
Are you enthusiastic about supporting students and creating positive learning experiences? We are seeking expressions of interest for a Student Experience Officer position at Lumify Learn, a leading RTO.

In this key role, you will:
Support students throughout the enrolment and onboarding journey.

Ensure accurate record management and compliance with RTO standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional student experiences.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to course progression and completions.

**What We are Looking For**

Experience in RTO administration or student support (2-3 years preferred).

Effective communication skills and a student-cantered approach.

Proficiency in student management systems (e.g., aXcelerate) and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of AVETMISS reporting and RTO compliance standards is a plus.
