What does the job look like?
- As a Workplace Relations Advisor, you will be at the forefront of driving our industrial relations strategy across a highly diverse, blue-collar workforce. You will provide specialist advice to management and stakeholders to support operational efficiencies and improvements across our business. This

and working within a highly collaborative and specialist workplace relations team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert workplace relations and policy advice to site managers and leadership teams.
- Develop a strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements to drive operational efficiency and change implementation.
- Manage a high-volume caseload involving grievances, disputes, breaches, misconduct, and other workplace issues.
- Support and manage the end-to-end enterprise bargaining process.
- Prepare submissions and assist with advocacy before the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals or courts.
- Maintain effective consultative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including union officials.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues to minimise risk and financial exposure.
- Contribute to formal and informal dispute resolution processes.

Are you the one?

You are a passionate and experienced Workplace Relations or Industrial Relations professional with a background in complex, fast paced blue-collar environments such as industrial, mining, manufacturing, or transport/logistics sectors. You are an effective communicator with an investigative mindset and the ability to consult on diverse dispute cases.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Tertiary qualifications in Workplace/Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business, or Law.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Workplace/Industrial Relations supporting blue-collar environments.
- Proven experience conducting workplace investigations in accordance with legislation and policies.
- Advanced understanding of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and enterprise agreement negotiations.
- Experience preparing materials for court hearings and tribunals.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across all levels.
- Commercial acumen with respect to labour cost and productivity analysis.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
