- Ensuring that ITSM processes are executed consistent with established SLAs
- Facilitating executing and quality control of ITSM processes/practices
- Auditing records to confirm conformance to the agreed processes and quality standards
- Managing maintaining and enhancing the implemented ITSM processes and associated procedures and information.
- Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes by actioning continuous improvement activities

- Minimum of 1 year as an ITSM practitioner including Incident and Problem Management
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM capabilities
- Good presentation written and verbal communications skill
- Customer focus with attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
