**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our Corporate Head Office located in Tomago is seeking a professional and service-orientated Personal Assistant. You will effectively and efficiently provide high level support to members within the Senior Executive Team as part of the Corporate Administration Support team.

The role provides a range of services including executive support, travel, reporting, correspondence, event management and special projects.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

You will be a significant point of contact for Ampcontrol customers, suppliers and are therefore the face and voice of Ampcontrol.

Your role will include, but is not limited to, prioritising workloads and requests within the agreed standards and timelines, identifying emerging issues and events in need of organisation and attention as well as initiating appropriate action. You will also exercise discretion in regard to visitors, callers and requests for information and work independently to achieve deadlines. This role is pivotal as a coordinator to gather and transmit information to ensure the Executives are informed about ongoing management issues and workflow priorities.

**YOU'LL NEED THESE TO SUCCEED**

Your natural inclination to perform work to a high standard, and willingness to work cohesively with your peers will be complemented by the following:

- Qualifications in business administration or a similar field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in providing high quality executive/personal assistance
- Minimum typing speed of 70 wpm with 95% accuracy
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
- Experience collecting, analysing and presenting information in a meaningful manner
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and discretion
