Our client is a family-based kindergarten with newly renovated premise with approval for 50 children per day with the aim to 70 places at the end of the year. They provide care to children aged 0-6 years. We know early childhood is a critical time in the growth and development of a child, and as such support their lifelong learning and wellbeing via educators, programs, resources, operations and environments that are contemporary and best practice of industry.

**Required;**
- Early childhood degree or working towards as recognised by ACEQA
- Current working with children check
- Current full first aid certification
- Current recognised child protection training
- Knowledge of regulations, Early Years learning framework and the National Quality Framework
- A can do attitude as a positive team player

**About You;**
- ECT qualification or equivalent
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
- Dedication and commitment of educational leader/compliance
- Great communication skills
- Desire to be part of a fun team
- Current First-Aid certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
