Our client is a family-based kindergarten with approval for 50 children per day with the aim to 70 places at the end of the year. They provide care to children aged 0-6 years. We know early childhood is a critical time in the growth and development of a child, and as such support their lifelong learning and wellbeing via educators, programs, resources, operations and environments that are contemporary and best practice of industry.

**Required;**
- Early childhood degree or working towards as recognised by ACEQA
- Experience as an educational leader in a management position
- Current working with children check
- Current First-Aid certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Current recognised child protection training
- Knowledge of regulations, Early Years learning framework and the National Quality Framework
- A can do attitude as a positive team player

**About You;**
- ECT Diploma qualification or equivalent
- Develop strong relationships with children
- Develop strong relationships that support and partner with families
- Implement and uphold the policies and procedures
- Working with other staff towards continuous improvement
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
- Great communication skills
- Desire to be part of a fun team
