**Job Description**:
We’re looking for an **Implementation Manager** responsible for successful delivery of professional service engagements for our Enterprise Customers. The **Implementation Manager **will manage internal and external resources to successfully and profitably deliver service engagements on time and on budget. This role is a balance of independent work where you’ll own and develop multiple new accounts at a time, and will also partner with Professional Services Consultants, Delivery teams, Strategic Sales counterparts, Product, and other Customer Success team members to help your clients onboard and grow with Procore.

This position reports to **Manager, Enterprise Implementation Services** and will be based in Sydney or remotely. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

**What you’ll do**:

- Work with clients to create a services strategy that focuses on outcome delivery. This consists of leading discovery and design workshops, developing gantt project plans, managing and forecasting resources, tracking and managing risk, building change management strategies, and fostering relationships with clients.
- Taking new clients and transforming them into Procore experts and evangelists through training (in-person and remote via screen sharing software), support, and relationship management
- Collaborate with key contacts, technical leadership, Sales and our Customer Success department to execute pre-packages and custom statements of work and onboarding strategies
- Create and manage services delivery timelines/project plans to ensure on time delivery of services and deliverables
- Remain current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors to build trust and create meaningful relationships among Champions and key points of contact within each account
- Working knowledge of Procore’s product offerings, and a deep understanding of Procore’s business model, services, emerging technologies, and services best practices
- 5-15% travel to visit client sites, attend industry events, other Procore offices, and more

**What we’re looking for**:

- At least 4 years of experience managing Implementation delivery, training, and rollout of systems within or for complex organisations.
- Deep understanding of value drivers and establishing standard operating procedures
- Successful management of projects and SOWs to scoped outcomes and deliverables
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for project management, construction, change management and technical training
- Procore platform users (highly preferred, not required)

While our Implementation team works closely with all levels of our organization, including our sales team, this position does not include any direct selling-related tasks or activities. Our Implementation team is solely focused on ensuring Procore's clients are well-supported, educated, and fully adopted on our platform.
