Step into the role of Administration Coordinator at Mowll Village and become the heartbeat of our community. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Retirement Living Manager to ensure seamless operations and unparalleled care for our seniors.
- What You'll Do:

- Juggle various administrative tasks with finesse, from processing work orders to organizing events that keep our village buzzing.
- Keep a keen eye on expenses, manage bookings, and provide top-notch support to residents and their families.
- Act as a friendly liaison during the transition of residents, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth integration into Flinders Village.
- Your Toolkit:

- Previous experience in retirement living, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Masterful organizational skills, with a knack for time management and multitasking.
- Tech-savvy? Perfect Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
- A basic understanding of bookkeeping principles is highly valued.
