**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Salary**:$78,564 - $111,391 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
**Time Fraction**: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.
**Location**:North Melbourne & Moorabbin Campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:Ongoing contract of appointment, with a 6-month qualifying period.

In this dynamic role, you'll be actively involved in all aspects of the learning journey - from responding to course inquiries to assessing students' educational needs. By employing diverse teaching and assessment strategies, you'll create an engaging and inclusive learning experience tailored to a wide range of students.

**ABOUT YOU**
- An approved degree or diploma in a relevant vocational area, or approved equivalent qualifications, at least to the level being delivered and assessed.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE 40122 or equivalent predecessor or successor qualifications.
- Current licences necessary to practice, or registration and/or membership of a relevant industry association where applicable.
- Demonstrated experience as a teacher of vocational and/or higher education and training programs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills essential for effective teaching.
- Ability to function autonomously, work independently and/or coordinate work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
