**About the role**
- An opportunity exists within the Older Persons Community Team for a passionate and enthusiastic qualified Mental Health Clinician with a sound clinical knowledge and community mental health experience. You will provide recovery-based case management and have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.

**About You**
- To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Degree in Nursing
- Mental Health Experience
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong commitment to high quality recovery-based case management
- Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the _Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice)_. Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment._
