National Quality Coordinator

**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a National Quality Coordinator to join our team in Sunshine North, reporting to the National HSEQ Manager.

The National Quality Coordinator will be responsible for the ongoing National accreditations of the Quality Management System and support continuous improvement in service and business performance, including the efficient use of current resources, whilst maintaining best standard of service to all stakeholders.

The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
Monitor, investigate and recommend changes or improvements to the National Quality Management System
Participate in Quality Management meetings to maintain a process of continuous improvement, identifying areas of required policy and procedural development
Prepare, draft and review policies and processes
Manage, control, and administer steel sampling process and submit reports to ACRS as per reporting requirements
Liaise with third party testing providers for the testing and release of quarantined finished goods when required
Advise, consult with, and support all operational and functional areas to ensure compliance with the Quality Management system
Monitor operational procedures, documentation, and activities to ensure compliance with ACRS certification
Main point of contact for NCR process
Manage and administer support the Rapid Global Quality NCR system and provide support to users as required
Liaise with relevant stakeholders as required to ensure adherence to quality protocols and requirements.

Possess practical knowledge of products and services within the reinforcing steel industry
An understanding of QMS including continuous improvement and internal auditing practices
Knowledge of ISO9001 and compliance
Tertiary qualification in Quality Management or related discipline
5 years’ experience within manufacturing or construction industry or similar
Certificate IV in Quality Management and Assurance
Exposure to accreditation programs such as ISO9001, 14001 and/or 45001
