**Who are we?**

Knoll Consultants & Investments Pty Ltd are one of South Australia’s largest food manufacturers and retailer. We have 11 retail stores across 5 brands - Barossa Fine Foods, Angelakis Brothers Seafood, Standom Smallgoods, Schulz Butchers and The Cheesemonger with products manufactured at our facility in Edinburgh North.

Our heritage is expertise in smallgoods and we have taken great pride in our skills, techniques and our brands from the very beginning. We continue to be one of Australia’s most awarded smallgoods maker.

Co-located with our award winning production facility, our Seafood Processing plant is state of the art. Angelakis Bros is synonymous with fresh, high quality locally sourced seafood.

**What are we looking for?**

Due to increase in operational demands and internal movements, we are currently looking for enthusiastic people for **Backbench and Value Add**to work within our fresh fish processing environment.

**A variety of Roles and Duties available will include, but are not limited to the following**:
- Cleaning, scaling, sorting, filleting and portioning fish- Packing product for distribution to our valued customers

All positions will offer on the job training and support.

**About you**:
The successful applicants must possess the following attributes:

- To have a minimum year 10 high school education
- Previous seafood or production experience - desirable
- Must be effective in written/verbal communications.
- Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline

All positions are manually tasked and require a good comprehension of safety understanding and the ability to follow written and verbal instruction.

Willing to learn and train in food manufacturing industry for career advancement and development.
