We are looking for 2 amazing female support workers to join our friendly team caring for a 22yr old young lady who lives with Intellectual Impairment, ASD, Epilepsy and is non verbal but very active and loves wiggles and getting out in the community going cycling, horse riding and disability surfing days. No prior experience necessary as full training will be provided all you need is an open mind, big heart and sense of fun.

We are Offering regular work and may sometimes require sleepovers and backfill on other days when staff take leave or are unwell.

Located in the Buderim area not far from the University - driver’s license, car and all relevant checks required including first aid and Epilepsy training.

We directly employ staff (no ABN required) and provide training. Start date is immediate. Initial shifts will be with some existing staff and will vary in days and hours until training is completed. You will be part of a team of staff supporting my daughter to live independently.

Role 1:
Regular shifts once training completed are (must be able to do all of them):
Monday 7.45-10pm and sleepover

Tues 6-8.30am

Sat 2.30-7.15pm

Sunday 8.15-2.15pm

Role2:
Regular shifts once training completed are (must be able to do all of them):
Mon 8.30-2.15pm

Wed 8.15-2.45pm

Thurs 1.15-8pm

Sat 7-10pm sleepover

Sun 6-8.30am

You may be required to fill other shifts when people are sick or take leave. You may also be requested to work Public Holidays. Pay rates start at $38hr + super depending on experience.

Role will involve personal care, supporting in home, accessing therapy and community which involves meal prep, cleaning, light house duties, transporting in community. You must be fully vaccinated. FEMALE ONLY

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
