**The Role**
The **Data Analyst **is responsible for managing and maintain the flow of utility data and other statistical information into the customised tools developed and utilised by HFM Asset Management and its clients.

This role is based in **Perth, WA.**
- Analyse, plan, coordinate and monitor data migration activities where required
- Assist in the management of the contract and service delivery in accordance with Contract KPIs and client expectations
- Take responsibility for corporate project deliverables related to data, analysis and reporting

**HFM - Responsibilities/Tasks**
- Assist management along with other senior personnel in activities such as data collection, processing and reporting
- Coordinate reports once compiled to ensure timely delivery to clients
- Analyse, consolidate, and distribute utility monitoring reports together with other statistical and routine reports
- Analyse operational issues impacting relevant clients and stakeholders with respect to data collection processing and reporting and determine its financial impact to their organisation;
- Evaluate and recommend business partnering opportunities
- System implementation and data load for new and existing My Buildings clients
- Identify and co-ordinate development of new and modified functionality based on client requests and requirements

**Skills and Experience**
- Qualifications in Business/Information Technology related discipline
- Previous experience / exposure to business intelligence tools Power BI and other analytical tools
- Previous experience in Information Management, Data & Data warehousing initiatives
- Ability to manipulate and interpret data in multiple forms and to critically analyse data
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach
