**Job Details**

Deliverables anticipated to include:

- Development and documentation of Mission Engineering processes and guidance for Capability Managers
- Development of Digital Engineering practises to support mission engineering implementation across Defence
- Conduct workshops to gain stakeholder input into mission engineering processes and implementation
- Other tasks as requested by Director Joint Warfare Directorate.

**Essential Requirements**
The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni.
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Hold and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance

**Anticipated Skills and Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 15 years’ experience relevant to the following:

- demonstrated understanding of Defence strategic and policy context (essential)
- involvement in capability development processes including systems engineering (desirable).
- Additional experience (beyond EC-1) and qualifications of the Key Persons offered to provide the Services.
- Costing estimates and pricing structure.
- Completeness of response and attention to detail.
