We take pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences, and we are looking for a **Front Office Supervisor** to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations and guest satisfaction.

**About the Role**:
As a **Front Office Supervisor**, you will be responsible for overseeing the **daily operations of the front desk**, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, training and leading front desk staff, and ensuring that all guest inquiries and concerns are handled professionally. Your ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain an organized and efficient front office environment will be crucial to your success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:Guest Services & Front Desk Operations**:

- Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a smooth and professional arrival experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently, providing solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
- Answer phone calls, manage online and direct reservations, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Ensure smooth guest check-out, process payments, and review billing accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

**Team Supervision & Training**:

- Oversee the front desk team, ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Train, mentor, and support front office staff to enhance their performance and ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Assist in scheduling, delegating tasks, and conducting performance evaluations for front desk staff.

**Reservations & Administrative Duties**:

- Manage and confirm room reservations, ensuring proper room allocation and efficient use of hotel capacity.
- Prepare guest invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure all guest records are updated accurately in the booking system.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate relevant guest information to other departments.

**Operational Coordination**:

- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely room readiness and prompt resolution of guest issues.
- Assist with valet parking, luggage handling, and coordinating guest transportation as required.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, security procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Monitor visitor access to the property and maintain security standards.

**Indicators of Success**:

- Efficiently managing guest check-in and check-out processes, reducing wait times.
- High guest satisfaction scores and positive feedback regarding front desk service.
- Effective training and supervision of front desk staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Accurate financial and administrative records, with timely processing of guest payments.
- Clear and professional communication with guests, colleagues, and management.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as lifting/moving moderately heavy items.
