In this role you will have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate revenue and invoicing of revenues within the Debt Market Solutions products.

- Ensure all invoicing activity is actioned in a timely and accurate manner.- Ensure all existing and new clients are established on core finance systems- Ensure all revenue accruals are established and revenue forecasts are reviewed and actioned each month- Ensuring internal obligations diaries are completed.- Review, manage and escalate items from Aged Debtors and Unallocated cash reports- Review and reconcile Aged accruals for Finance- Analyse and investigate billing issues and discrepancies- Complete onboarding tasks for new clients relating to invoicing and revenue processes- Ensure all Accounts Payable invoices are coded and sent for approval in a timely manner- Reconciliation of client data- Liaise with internal stake holders with any discrepancies identified and work collaboratively towards resolution- Contribute to invoicing related projects

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- 2+ years’ experience in an invoicing / Accounts Receivable /Bookkeeping role or similar.- Strong Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills- Sound verbal and written communication skills- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask- Excellent customer service skills and experience managing and interacting with stakeholders- Self motivated
