**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for clients, taking into account the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of SEO experts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success in achieving client objectives.

Technical SEO: Conduct thorough website audits, identify technical issues, and implement necessary improvements to enhance website performance and user experience.

Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and optimise website content accordingly.

Content Optimisation: Collaborate with content creators to optimize on-page content for search engines and user engagement.

Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance website authority and domain credibility.

Performance Tracking: Utilise SEO tools and analytics to monitor and report on the performance of SEO campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Client Communication: Maintain strong client relationships, communicate SEO progress effectively, and ensure client satisfaction.

Stay Current: Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO technologies to remain at the forefront of the field.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in the digital space.
