**Location**: Gold Coast. 50% from home, 50% between Palm Beach & Kirra (at our locations)

20-30 hrs per week flexible times. With the option to full time depending on your skills & proactivity

**About the role**

This is a varied role with diverse responsibilities requiring an exceptionally organised, agile individual with high attention to detail. Option available to be a full time or part time role. You'll be working alongside the Director and Manager.

We are currently seeking to appoint a highly organised and adaptable Marketing and Admin Specialist who has a strong background in marketing, administration, systems, social media platforms, basic SEO analysing, basic HR and general I.T skills. Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.

20-30 hrs per week flexible times
- Parts of the role will include:_
- Assist the Directors with Business Development & Improvement
- Marketing: projects, improvements, SEO, website, Social Media, basic Canva designs, KPI’s etc

Ideally with bookkeeping or Xero experience or with enough finance knowledge to be able to learn our bookkeeping process

Other skills that will be helpful: Photography / Graphic Design / Bookkeeping or Basic Xero Experience is a plus / Hospitality Experience

The person who takes up the role will need to:

- Be Proactive
- Passion to learn & improve
- Excel knowledge required
- High level of English (Advanced to proficiency) is a must
- Have some finance/accounting knowledge is a plus
- Systems improvements & creations

**About us**

We are a Hospitality Group. We own 2 restaurants, a catering company (Weddings & events) & a production kitchen. These are 4 separate businesses (around 40+ workers total) however they are very interrelated. The management role is to keep the businesses running in a profit & to continuously improve all parts of the business. Being small businesses & working directly with the directors, you’ll be able to learn all about the process of running a business, being directly related with all management decisions. You’ll also be able to see your ideas & projects become true very quickly.
