The Change & Comms Journey Expert will support the Data Portfolio with change and communication initiatives, and will be accountable for driving the adoption of Data Capability initiatives across the data workforce.

This role will work with data professionals at ANZ to understand the needs they have to create and deliver solutions that fundamentally improve their employee experience.

What will your day look like
Use a variety of change and communication techniques to support the needs and employee experience of data professionals across attraction, recruitment, on-boarding, learning & capability build and career pathways.
Drive the adoption of Data Capability initiatives, tools, standards and practices.
Build and deploy change management methodologies, working collaboratively with teams across the data portfolio to ensure change activities and communications are well governed and managed.
Plan and deliver change, communications and engagement activities.
Prepare change and communication content and materials.
Design and implement data communities and guilds.
Provide coaching and expertise into initiatives as relevant e.g. participation in working groups to manage change/transformation activities, provide tool kits to execute change impact assessments
What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrable functional experience in the Change Management and Communication disciplines.
Experience in leading change and transformation initiatives, including stakeholder management across the journey.
Ability to prepare, engage and support people to successfully deliver, embed and adapt to change.
Experienced in the use of change management methodologies.
Ability to use a variety of media, channels and strategies to convey meaning and ideas to inform and drive action.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong communication, influencing and relationship building ability.
Ability to collaborate across multiple geographies to achieve business outcomes.
A team player and mentor, who contributes to a safe and trusting environment where a ‘speak up’ culture is celebrated.
Able to work autonomously and own deliverables end-to-end.
Ability to work in ambiguity and pivot to new priorities as they arise.
Understanding of data function and workforce.
Experience and understanding of Agile ways of working
