**The company**:
A leading manufacturer and supplier of converter products, that specialises in the Design, Supply, Installation & Servicing of Engineered Conveyor systems

**The role**
Reporting to the Service Manager you will be the 'go-to person' providing Customer Service and Administrative Support to the branch. Duties include:

- First point of contact for all telephone calls
- Booking freight, liaising with freight providers regarding deliveries
- Preparing outward goods for despatch
- Picking slip processing
- Receipting of inward goods and processing of goods received
- Invoicing and data entry
- Processing cash, credit card and account sales transactions
- Liaising with head office and other branches
- Organising inductions for employees using customer portals
- Overseeing of accounts payable and transmission of invoices to head office
- Filing of inward and outward orders, delivery dockets etc
- Assisting with the transmission of time sheets for payroll processing

When appropriate training and experience are gained your duties will expand to taking sales enquiries, building and maintaining relationships and ensuring service delivery, quoting, and preparing work orders and sales.

**The person**
You have excellent communication skills and basic math knowledge, are motivated, show initiative and work well in a team as well as independently. Proficient computer skills are a must; Sage software will be utilised - training provided.
