**Program Document Controller**:

**About the role**

The Document Controller is responsible for the day to day document control and associated administration outputs of NSM, the WAMA and support to the WAMA LMT for ad-hoc duties.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Management of incoming and outgoing documentation (electronic / hardcopy) including the scanning, filing and dispatch of documentation;
- Revision Control of documents within the NSM document management system;
- Contribute with the establishment and maintenance of NSM document control procedures, processes and contribute to system improvement;
- Maintain registers and access control to Defence security classified and company and subcontractor supplied classified information;
- Coordinate projects as required in relation to the Document Control function.

**About you**

Essential
- Prior experience in electronic and manual Document Management.
- Prior experience implementing and maintaining document control procedures.
- Significant experience in a direct Customer / Supplier relationship environment.
- Experience in a Defence (preferably Naval) environment.
- Qualifications in Records Management / Document Control or relevant equivalent experience.
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office with particular reference to Word and Excel.
- Experience in SharePoint.
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage a program of work.
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities.
- Ability to be reliable and flexible with working hours to meet the team’s needs.
- Must be able to work under pressure, problem solve and use initiative.
- Ability to provide direction and guidance to stakeholders and / or team members.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Essential Compliance Requirements
- Must either hold, or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance
