We’re looking for a Plumbing Sales Specialist who brings industry know-how and a customer-first mindset.

Your background in a plumbing showroom environment will give you the edge in understanding customer needs, showcasing product solutions, and driving sales.

**What your day might look like**:

- Engage customers with in-depth product knowledge, particularly plumbing fixtures and fittings.
- Confidently promote and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Ensure displays are clean, appealing and current.
- Manage orders efficiently from quote to delivery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in both our trade and showroom
- Proactively target and onboard new trade and retail customers.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous plumbing experience is essential - you know the products, the pace, and what customers expect.
- Strong sales and customer engagement skills.
- A flexible schedule, including availability on Saturdays
- Confidence in closing deals and growing customer accounts.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Willingness to complete psychometric testing and pre-employment medical prior to starting your new role.
